Inflatable Beams and Arches

Our inflatable elements offer an innovative solution for creating robust, lightweight, and easy-to-deploy structures.

This captive air technology allows our rigid elements to provide a high-performance alternative to traditional structures, while ensuring a smooth user experience and simplified logistics.

Three performance levels, depending on constraints and environments

Structures for localized load

Pressure: 0.1 bar

These flexible and ultra-light structures are designed for specific applications, such as medical devices or low-pressure cushions.

They are made from single-material flexible and airtight components (PU with 330ยต thickness).

MICHELIN AirSurgery positioning cushions perfectly illustrate the use of low-pressure inflatable technology in demanding medical environments, particularly in operating rooms.

Structures for medium load

Pressure: 0.3 bar.

Ideal for spans from 1 to 10 meters, these tubular structures are used in various contexts. Two configurations are available:

An air chamber inserted into a resistant textile envelope. This solution operates at 0.3 bar pressure and is perfectly suited for modules such as those in our Smartshell shelter.
This technology enables autonomous maintenance and easy repairability.

A composite single layer designed for lighter applications such as small airships. It also integrates reinforcement elements to ensure structural stability.
