Sealing Solutions
Ensuring the performance and safety of your inflatable structures starts with flawless sealing. Our teams select the most suitable technology based on the fluid, service pressure, and environmental constraints to guarantee long-lasting integrity, pressure retention, and worry-free use over time.
Our sealing materials
We master two complementary families, chosen according to intended use and operating environment.
PU welded film
The PU (polyurethane) film ensures continuous sealing at very low pressure. It is generally integrated into a sheath to protect the membrane and increase its lifespan.
Thickness | 100 à 300 µm |
|---|---|
Operating pressure | < 0,1 bar (very low pressure) |
Integration mode | In sheath |
Sealing | Water, air |
Composite single layer
A composite material that can be used independently (without sheath) at less than 0.5 bar.
Some references offer enhanced environmental resistance, making it a robust option for demanding contexts.
Thickness | Variable |

Operating pressure | < 0,5 bar |
Integration mode | Autonomous |
