Sealing Solutions

Ensuring the performance and safety of your inflatable structures starts with flawless sealing. Our teams select the most suitable technology based on the fluid, service pressure, and environmental constraints to guarantee long-lasting integrity, pressure retention, and worry-free use over time.

Why is sealing essential ?

Air sealing is crucial to maintain structural rigidity, even at very low pressure. By keeping internal pressure stable, the structure remains predictable, safe, and high-performing.

Water sealing, on the other hand, ensures direct and prolonged contact with water, always at very low pressure, without any risk of leakage. This applies to our ballast bags, designed to be filled with water for extended periods.

The ultimate goal is the same: protect, stabilize, and extend the lifespan of the implemented solution.

Our sealing materials

We master two complementary families, chosen according to intended use and operating environment.

PU welded film

The PU (polyurethane) film ensures continuous sealing at very low pressure. It is generally integrated into a sheath to protect the membrane and increase its lifespan.

Composite single layer

A composite material that can be used independently (without sheath) at less than 0.5 bar.

Some references offer enhanced environmental resistance, making it a robust option for demanding contexts.
