Gender Equality Index – Women and Men, 2025 Review
What is the Index? The Gender Equality Index is first and foremost an indicator established by the French law of 5 September 2018 on the freedom to choose one’s professional future.
The purpose of this mechanism is to encourage companies to reduce gaps between women and men, particularly in areas such as recruitment, pay and career development.
History – 2023 & 2024
In 2024, Michelin Inflatable Solutions achieved a score of 92/100, showing an improvement compared with 2023 (91/100).
Its actions and ongoing commitment continue to ensure professional equality and to combat discrimination.
Year 2025
For 2025, the available data do not allow the calculation of an indicator that complies with the criteria defined by the regulations, in particular due to insufficient workforce numbers in certain categories.
As a result, the final Index score is also incalculable, in accordance with the official rules for awarding the score when one or more indicators required for the calculation cannot be established.
