Replace, weld and sew your structures

Our after-sales service will repair your damaged structures (holes, leaks, tears).

If necessary, we can lend you structures while yours are being repaired in our factory in Trappes.

The repair kit

This repair kit contains everything you need for small repairs :

1 large patch (28x19cm)
1 patch with Naish valve
1 patch with Gaastra valve
1m transparent tube to replace the tube between the valves
2 clamps
6 alcohol patches to clean the bladders
4m of clamps to replace a bladder
2 Gaastra caps
1 pair of scissors

Repair guide

Warranty

Your product warranty* applies to any manufacturing defect (under normal conditions of use):

- A detached valve or valve leak

- A leak from a defective weld

A basic repair kit is systematically supplied with the structure. The purpose of this kit is to enable minor repairs that do not affect the structure to be carried out. For any major damage requiring the replacement of a part, we recommend that our customers return the structure under warranty.

* Your product has a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from incorrect assembly, misuse or external causes.
