Zip assembly
The zip assembly system is designed to connect multiple structures together or to link different sub-components of the same structure, such as doors, covers, or floors.
Example of application: To assemble several modules of the Smartshell multipurpose shelter or to connect pool construction shelters, adapting the length of the covered area according to needs.
The zip assembly uses a double-slider and double-pull mechanism, allowing opening and closing from inside or outside.
This configuration facilitates integration, maintenance, and access operations, while ensuring a continuous and reliable linear junction.
Mechanical assembly with Velcro
The Velcro system allows robust fastening and quick removal of elements such as variable geometry components.
Concrete example: Our Air Drone Arena drone cage with its protective net:
This system creates a fully secure flight environment. The Velcro withstands drone impacts at full speed, protecting both pilots and spectators.

Positioning and retention elements
Retention and positioning solutions include several components designed to stabilize and secure our inflatable structures (Velcro strips, quick-release fasteners, lark’s head knots, and carabiners).
These devices allow you to anchor structure feet to the ground, secure straps, or connect elements under significant stress, such as ballast bags.
Each component is dimensioned to meet specific mechanical constraints and ensure assembly safety.
