Fabrics and Films for Medical Applications
Technical textiles and films used in the medical field must meet strict requirements for safety, comfort, hygiene, and performance. Washable, decontaminable, and breathable, they are designed to adapt to sensitive environments.
Features of Our Fabrics and Films
Designed to meet the demands of the medical sector, our materials are tailored to support healthcare professionals in their daily tasks.
Each feature results from a rigorous selection of materials and treatments, enabling our technical fabrics and films to adapt to the most sensitive medical devices while ensuring safety, comfort, and performance.
Non-Harmful
Non-Harmful
Our non-harmful fabrics guarantee the absence of harmful substances, even during prolonged skin contact, ensuring optimal safety for both patients and professionals.
Hypoallergenic
Hypoallergenic
Our fabrics and films help reduce the risk of skin reactions. This feature is essential in medical environments where patients may have increased sensitivity or dermatological conditions.
Waterproof
Waterproof
Our technical films, such as PU 300, offer excellent water and air impermeability while maintaining flexibility. Perfect for inflatable medical modules or water pouches where sealing is critical.
Pressure-Resistant
Pressure-Resistant
Recommended for inflatable components requiring reliability and comfort, polyurethane materials ensure optimal performance under pressure over extended periods.
Breathable
Breathable
Our breathable fabrics are designed to promote continuous air circulation, essential in medical environments where skin comfort, hygiene, and thermal regulation are paramount.
PU 300µ flexible
This technical material is a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) film, flexible and resistant, used for manufacturing inflatable modules or airtight walls.
It combines waterproofing, airtightness, and compatibility with high-frequency welding processes.
Available in several colors (Ecoseal blue, dark blue, red, and gray), PU 300 is recyclable and meets environmental requirements for technical and medical projects..

PU Rivesail grey reinforced
The PU Rivesail grey reinforced film is a technical nylon film coated with polyurethane on both sides, specially designed for applications requiring reliable airtightness and weldability (HF welding).
This film stands out for its cold resistance (breaking point at –40 °C), ensuring durable performance even in the most demanding environments.
Approved for abrasion resistance, skin compatibility, and chemical resistance. It is washable and an excellent choice for specific flooring applications.
