Structural Fabrics

Structural fabrics are fundamental elements in the design of captive air inflatable solutions.
They form the external envelope of inflatable modules and ensure mechanical strength, airtightness, and durability under usage constraints.

Selected for their robustness, flexibility, and compatibility with manufacturing processes (welding, heat-sealing, sewing), these textiles guarantee structural performance.

3 textile families based on technical and aesthetic requirements

Depending on needs and specifications, different types of fabrics are available, each with specific properties in terms of mechanical strength, resistance to external elements, while ensuring lightness and quality finish.
This diversity allows materials to be adapted to each project’s constraints, while maintaining aesthetic and functional consistency.

M1 fabric (fire standard)

Manufactured in France and M1-certified, this fabric ensures fire resistance compliant with current standards, making it ideal for indoor or public applications where safety is a priority.

This PU-coated flame-retardant fabric is also designed to withstand mechanical stresses.

Available in gray or white, this fabric is waterproof and airtight, ideal for flexible and modular structures.

Bag fabric

This technical fabric is available in 600D (black, gray) and 1000D (black, white) versions. These fabrics are polyester coated with polyurethane (PU 150 mm).

A versatile fabric, ideal for structures subject to frequent handling, as well as for transport bags, ballast bags, covers, or protective tarpaulins.

This water-repellent fabric also offers excellent mechanical resistance.

Dacron

This composite polyester fabric comes in two finishes (thin and thick) and various colors (black, white, gray).

Known for its dimensional stability, abrasion resistance, and deformation resistance, woven Dacron is a preferred choice for structures requiring geometric precision and specific mechanical constraints, such as beams or load-bearing elements.

Originating from the marine industry, this fabric features UV treatment, offering excellent resistance to solar radiation, making it suitable for outdoor applications.
